Join others from CMDA Phoenix for our first social outing, an early-morning hike led by Drs. Ben & Ashley Albert!

• Details: Saturday, May 18th at 7 AM. We’ll meet at the 40th Street trailhead (9200 N 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85028 in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve) and hike for about 1-1.5 hours.

• The trail will be easy, perfect for all fitness levels.

• Join us afterwards for an optional breakfast nearby.

• Bring water, sunscreen and comfortable clothing.
